Open Enrollment Program
Open enrollment programs accommodate anywhere from 10 to 24 sales
professionals from a variety of financial services firms. This
variety provides a unique opportunity for the exchange of individual
best practices and perspectives in the classroom. In addition,
we believe there is a higher degree of success in participant
learning when in smaller groups, which is why we recommend the
dynamic of a small class size. Open enrollment programs provide
you with a convenient solution to training employees on the Sequoia
System throughout the course of the year.
Open enrollment programs are held at our corporate headquarters
in Naperville, IL. Our location offers many advantages to our
clients. Its central location and business friendly technology
make it cost-effective to reach and productive while there. The
facility enhances an already positive client experience. The training
rooms can also be used by our clients for pre-and-post program
meeting space.
Sequoia's training facility is conveniently located approximately
30 minutes from Chicago's O'Hare and Midway Airports. The location
is also within walking distance to several hotel and dining accommodations.
