Who We Are
Founded in 1996, Sequoia System International is a premier
provider of fully integrated sales training programs,
systems and tools designed exclusively for professionals in
the financial services industry. We are highly focused and
concentrated in one industry – financial services. We choose
this because it is what we know best. We take a consultative
approach to working with our clients and we make it our
business to understand your business, thereby providing
higher value in the classroom.
Our programs are knowledge based and process driven to
ensure that the greatest degree of success is obtained from
each participant. All programs comprise a combination of
lecture, group discussion and both individual and group
exercise. Our training programs are designed specifically

Our Training Programs
Open Enrollment Programs
We conduct open enrollment programs in the Chicago area and
in Boston that accommodate anywhere from 10 to 24 sales professionals
from a variety of financial services firms. This variety provides
a unique opportunity for the exchange of individual best practices.
One of the benefits of an open enrollment program is convenience.
You are able to attend or send your employees to roughly 30 open
enrollment programs.
Custom Programs
Custom programs are designed specifically for your firm based
on your overall training needs and objectives. We work closely
with your management team to understand your business model, vernacular,
objectives and challenges. We use that knowledge to develop a
program that will accomplish the overall training objectives exclusively
for your team.
Our Facilitators
Our team of facilitators has extensive industry experience. In
fact, together they comprise over 100 years of industry experience
combined. This is how we’ve been able to develop and deliver a
successful process that has positively influenced the behavior
of over 7,500 sales professionals throughout the United States
and Canada who have attended our training programs.
Our facilitators have been wholesalers, sales managers, account
managers, executives and advisors. They understand the business
and have a high degree of credibility in the classroom. Our facilitators
work with your team on an individual basis if needed, and we encourage
interaction with the facilitator following a program.
Class Size
Our programs accommodate anywhere from 10 to 24
participants, depending on the specific program. We believe
there is a higher degree of learning in smaller groups and
we are able to individually coach and address specific
issues more successfully in a small group setting.
