Henry “Hank” Schulthesz is the Executive Program
Director for Sequoia System International. Hank
develops and delivers programs tailored for every
audience engaged by Sequoia including national and
divisional management, external, internal, and hybrid
sales positions, relationship management and the new
Sequoia for Advisor programs.

Hank is uniquely qualified to work with this range of
financial service industry professionals. He spent a
decade as a field sales professional, followed by a decade
as a manager and executive within distribution and is
fast approaching his tenth year providing professional
development solutions for our industry.

Hank is an accomplished speaker at industry and client
events offering insights and direction to organizations and
individuals alike on elevating performance. Increasing the
efficiency and impact of professionals involved in client
contact is the goal of much of his work. Hank believes
better base level performance leads directly to higher
and more sustainable peak performance.

A graduate of Bradley University with a BS in Business
Management, Hank lives in the Chicagoland area with
his wife and two daughters. He is an active participant
in outdoor sports including cycling, running, boating
and skiing.
