Training Programs: Field Sales Management
Phase II: Custom Program
Custom programs are designed specifically for your firm
based on your overall training needs and objectives. We work
closely with your management team to understand your
business model, vernacular, objectives and challenges. We
use that knowledge to develop a program that will accomplish
the overall training objectives exclusively for your team.
Our approach to customization begins by holding discussions
with appropriate member(s) of the management team to better
understand the overall training objective. Additional
conversations help us further understand the perspective,
challenges and opportunities that exist with the participant
audience. We will review and agree to the fundamental
components of the program as they align with your overall
training objectives, and discuss a plan for implementing the
work we do in the classroom. Your input during the
customization stage is critical to the programs’ success.
We offer a follow up conference call with the program
facilitator approximately six weeks following a custom
program to discuss challenges, success stories and
opportunities post-training. Custom programs can be held at
Hamburger University in Oak Brook, IL, the Babson Executive
Center in Wellesley, MA, your headquarters, or at a location
that is convenient for you.
