Training Programs: Internal Sales Management
Sales Desk Manager
Course Overview
This two-day program provides structure, tools and processes that
empower sales desk managers to elevate their impact on the productivity
of their team. Participants are exposed to a variety of coaching
methods and techniques as well as gaining an understanding of
generational issues and coaching different performance levels.
The program engages managers in a system for developing performance
measures and a correlated internal wholesaler ranking system.
On-point discussion, group exercise and Sequoia Blueprints are
frequently employed to enhance the participants’ ability to carry
the skills into their daily practice. The Sequoia Coach’s Playbook,
a practical tool designed for coaching and evaluation the systems
and processes advocated by Sequoia, is utilized to simplify the
coaching experience.
Additional topics covered include prioritizing responsibilities,
time management, motivation, recognition and rewards and successful
hiring practices.
We conduct open enrollment programs at our
corporate headquarters in Naperville, IL. Each program accommodates
anywhere from 10 to 24 sales professionals from a variety of financial
services firms. This variety provides a unique opportunity for
